Partner · Back Office & HR

Bill is one of the original founding members of William Jackson Inc. and brings more than 50 years of construction expertise to the team. He began in the industry early in life, shaping a hands-on foundation for the company's growth. With unmatched knowledge and steady leadership, Bill has played a central role in the company's evolution.

Mike Ambrose

Partner · Design & Sales

Mike has deep roots with William Jackson Inc. and leads the design and sales side of the business. After working in the family's custom woodworking shop, he expanded his expertise into cabinetry, design, estimating, and customer support, helping guide clients through product selections and project planning.

Partner · Field Operations

Gavin manages field operations and construction with a strong background in hands-on building and general contracting. Raised around family construction work, he developed practical skills early and earned his general contractor license, joining William Jackson Inc. in 2013.

Senior Project Manager

Ryan brings more than 20 years of industry experience to William Jackson Inc. Originally from Wauconda, Illinois, he relocated to Arizona in 2022 and has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, project execution, and detailed problem solving.

Project Manager

Tristan brings remodeling experience, project management skill, and a disciplined background to every project he supports. After serving in the U.S. Army for eight years, he transitioned back into civilian life and continued building his construction career here in Arizona.
